There is a $75 non-refundable deposit for administrative processing.
Administrative processing fee is used to provide the following:
Postage for Harrell Academy tutoring box and monthly project.
Digital agreement contracts (provided).
Student space reservation.
Enrollment of student to the learning platform.
Coverage of state and local taxes.
**Prior to paying for tutoring services, the administrative fee must be paid.
Students must currently be in 3rd- 5th grade.
Students must be available after school and able to meet virtually.
All contractual obligations must be completed.
Prepaid tutoring services must be paid in full prior to tutoring cycle or a payment arrangement must be established.
A physical mailing address must be used.
Updated device (Chromebook, iPad/ tablet, desktop computer).
Device must be charged and internet accessible.
**Smart phones are not sufficient devices.**
Internet connection.
Students will need a Google Account.
Enroll in Google Classroom.
**This will be completed during orientation.**
Parents/guardians must support students during asynchronous work to ensure students complete the guided practice.
Ensure students are logged on at their designated times for homework support and tutoring.
Provide a quiet location free from distractions.
Make sure all audio and video is available on device.
